We currently deliver for free in Makati and Bonifacio Global City. If you live outside these areas you can place an order and write in the details where in Metro Manila you live and we will get in touch with you about your options. You can also send us a message on WhatsApp +639190046103 , state your full name and address and we will notify you about your options.
Since we are concerned with your health we only deliver our water in BRAND NEW 5 GL bottles. We track the use of each bottle to ensure they are only used a limited amount of times before being recycled. We do not charge deposit on the empty units, but if they are not returned back to us at the end of our relationship we bill the client with 300 PHP.

When you place an order on www.switchh2o.com you have the option to write specific details about the delivery such as whether you live in a house or apartment, how we can get the water to you, and at which preferred time slots. Some buildings have receiving areas, where we can deliver the new 5 gallons at any time or day.
After placing your order and your payment has been confirmed, we will get in touch with you to confirm your order and review the specifics of the delivery location - including your building's security situation and whether there is a receiving area, where we can simply replace the empty gallons with new ones. Then we will agree on a preferred day and time slot of your delivery.
Most buildings have a receiving area for deliveries in general. Please write in the details box of your order if you have such an area in your building or if there are other specific requirements regarding the delivery to your home. The next succeeding deliveries will be easy as we will then already know how to deliver at your specific location. Remember to leave your empty water bottles at the pre-arranged location and we will replace them with your new delivery.
Once you have completed your order, we will contact you to confirm your order and review the specifics of the delivery location-including your building's or development's security situation. We currently deliver to many buildings and developments with different levels of security. There is a good chance that our driver is familiar with the security issues involved in delivering to your location.
Absolutely. We know things change, that's why you can change your order at any time. Feel free to switch your quantity by modifying it at your next order or by contacting our support at +63 919 004 6103 if you already have a regular schedule. We will not charge a deposit for any added 5GL bottles but a small service fee of less than 50 PHP on first delivery.
