We currently deliver for free in Makati and Bonifacio Global City. If you live outside these areas you can place an order and write in the details where in Metro Manila you live and we will get in touch with you about your options. How much does SWITCH2o water cost?

SWITCH2o is cheaper than comparable brands on the market. We deliver a 5GL Healthy Mineralized Alkaline Water for PHP 200.  
To compare SWITCH2o you have to compare with example EVIAN which would cost you over 2,000 per 20 liters.

Is there a deposit on the gallons?

Accepted Answer

Since we are concerned with your health we only deliver our water in BRAND NEW 5 GL bottles. We track the use of each bottle to ensure they are only used a limited amount of times before being recycled. We do not charge deposit on the empty units, but if they are not returned back to us at the end of our relationship we bill the client with 300 PHP.

At SWITCH2o we are committed to reducing plastic waste, which is why we only offer our water in the largest standard size (5 GL).

We are planning on setting up smaller SWITCH2o water stations in strategic locations, where people can refill their flasks at a minimum cost. At a later stage we will be offering direct-to-tap systems incorporating our unique filtration technology.

Does the alkalinity in SWITCH2o last?

Accepted Answer

Yes, since our water passes through a natural process of making the water alkaline it will last for up to a year in a sealed bottle. The standard alkaline water on the market uses a chemical process and the alkalinity only lasts for a few days.

Can I get money from my old, used 5 gallons?

We do not offer payment for old empty gallons. However we can take them and recycle them for you to create space for you.

Do I need a water dispenser to get started with SWITCH2o?

Accepted Answer

You don't necessarily need a big, bulky water dispenser to enjoy the healthies water in Manila. We offer simple USB charged dispensers on our website allowing you to easily fill a jug at home, which you keep in your fridge at all times.

Receiving your first delivery?

When you place an order on www.switchh2o.com (www.switchh2o.com)you have the option to write specific details about the delivery such as whether you live in a house or apartment, how we can get the water to you, and at which preferred time slots. Some buildings have receiving areas, where we can deliver the new 5 gallons at any time or day.

What happens after I place my order?

After placing your order and your payment has been confirmed, we will get in touch with you to confirm your order and review the specifics of the delivery location - including your building's security situation and whether there is a receiving area, where we can simply replace the empty gallons with new ones. Then we will agree on a preferred day and time slot of your delivery.

Question 18

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

Most buildings have a receiving area for deliveries in general. Please write in the details box of your order if you have such an area in your building or if there are other specific requirements regarding the delivery to your home. The next succeeding deliveries will be easy as we will then already know how to deliver at your specific location.  Remember to leave your empty water bottles at the pre-arranged location and we will replace them with your new delivery.

What If I live in a secure building or gated community?

Once you have completed your order, we will contact you to confirm your order and review the specifics of the delivery location-including your building's or development's security situation. We currently deliver to many buildings and developments with different levels of security. There is a good chance that our driver is familiar with the security issues involved in delivering to your location.

What do I do with my empty 5 gallon bottles?

If you are a recurring 5 gallon customer, every delivery, we'll pick up your empty bottles; just leave them at a prearranged location. 
We will replace the empty with full bottles. We do not go back in 2 times:-)

Can I change the number of bottles I receive per delivery?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We know things change, that's why you can change your order at any time. Feel free to switch your quantity by modifying it at your next order or by contacting our support at +63 919 004 6103 if you already have a regular schedule. We will not charge a deposit for any added 5GL bottles but a small service fee of less than 50 PHP on first delivery.

Rescheduling, Adding, Skipping, or Suspending Delivery

You can reschedule or skip a delivery within 24 hours of your original delivery date by contacting our customer support at +63 919 004 6103 or email us at switch2oteam@gmail.com leaving your telephone number that is registered on your account.

Are your bottles returnable?

Accepted Answer

Yes, your 5-gallon bottles are returnable, and can be washed, sanitized and re-used. We sanitize and recycle these bottles ourselves. We guarantee BPA free bottles hence we limit the amount of times they are used by tracking each bottle between deliveries.
